Hey guys i had my first LD using a MILD yesterday! It was very gratifiying and after trying to WILD unsuccessfully for 3 months i finally realized that MILD is where its at for beginners. i had my first after only 3 days of practice!

What i did before sleep that helped.

1. Drank apple juice
2.Rehearsed a mantra in my mind to fall asleep to
"I will remember to do a reality check
3.Did many RC's during the day. I also questioned my surroundings
"How did i get here? Is this a dream?
4. Recognized my dream sign. Mine is my school. Check your DJ to find yours out.
