Thanks!

Well, as a very inexperienced LD'er I did little to stabilize the dreams. I was very exited to finally have a proper LD, and unfortunately I forgot to do most of the techniques I've read and heard about. The only things I remember doing was shouting "clarity" and looking once at my hands (and some spinning at one point) . I think I will be better prepared next time. The dreamscape was quite blurry and it was hard to focus when I looked in any direction. I'm so looking forward to all the LD's I know will come in the future.

There is one thing I'm a little puzzled about. These LD's happened soon after I first fell asleep so I couldn't possibly have reached REM yet. Is it possible to have LD's in non REM sleep?
