      Smile i found my own way to make a ld !!!

      okay first go to bed then listen too theta binaral beats while saying i will realize i am sleeping till you fall asleep u shouldnt WILD but dild later in the dream. what are your views on this ???

      What you are doing is essentially a MILD. It is a powerful technique and I would definitely recommend using it. Congratulations on finding this out by yourself.

      binaral beats do nothing for me. if i want a good binaural experience I listen to an old pink floyd CD. But whatever works for you... works for you. Congrats

      A DILD is when you realize that you are dreaming once you are in the dream. You got to sleep the normal way, then become lucid through a reality check, dream sign, or sometimes just randomly.
