Exclamation Feeling your actual self in lucid dreams.

      Hi everyone.

I just had my fourth lucid dream. It's the first that actually lasted for a decent amount of time (10-20 min).

I do have a problem. On about 3-4 occasions in my dream, my eye started to become itchy and uncomfortable. Every time i would go to rub or scratch it, everything would start to go blurry. Luckily on all these occasions, i manage to keep myself in the dream.

While in the dream, I thought to myself that it may be me feeling my eye go crazy in rem sleep.

So is this true? Am i feeling my eye in rem sleep during my dream?
If it is, how do I stop myself from feeling it in my lucid dream?

      I hope someone can help.

Yeah it's probably your real life eye that is causing you problems. During REM your eyes will rapidly move back and forth. However, it should be noted that your real life eyes are directly connected to your dream eyes. If you look to the left in your dream, your real eyes will also look to the left. Try staring straight ahead for some time and see if the itchiness stays.
