Hello Everyone,
My name is RJ. I'm 15 years old and my dad, a psychologist, told me about lucid dreaming. Being interested in it, I decided that I would set a goal to be able to obtain lucidity in my dreams. I've been trying for a few days now, and I understand that it is not an easy thing to do, but I have questions and was hoping I could get some help.
I keep a journal of the dreams I can recall. This morning, I recalled a really bizarre one, and noticed that everything I remembered seemed to be in a 3rd person perspective. By this, I mean it feels like I'm following someone around, but my body is not visible. It's almost like I'm a floating camera. I've been using various tips on the internet; particularly making a habit of looking at your hands. How can I make this succeed if my physical body is not present in the dream?
THanks
-RJ
