Ok you need to know what's LD really about is just making yourself conscious while in Dream State, during dreaming there's no logic, you could be fighting Adolf Hitler with a stick and a bone and it would seem like a day in the park for you. |

Since im working with audio aids myself i would advise you to try isochronic tones that u can spike in on a 35 min delay then turn off after 20secs. just long enough for you to loose awareness when u fall asleep and regain it once the audio kicks in then off. Im experimenting and finding good results. I believe the secret is in finding the right volume pitch, as in loud enogh to make u aware but low enough to keep your body sleep. it takes some tweaking but i think u can nail it. :-) |

Ok don't make rash descions, how many lucid dreams have you had, if any? Lucid dreaming takes practice, so don't expect to get one very soon. It takes time to master it. So many ones I see people on this forum, who join, try WILD, don't get a lucid dream after a few days then quit. Don't turn into this person! I recommend not trying WILD yet. Start off with continuing dream journaling, and try to aim for DILDs. MILD is good. I also recommend looking The "all day awareness" thread by Yoshi. Try the saltcube timer thing again, that's what I'm gonna experiment now. I rarely WILD and if I do they are DEILDs, I prefer DILDs and things of the like. Start off slow, try visualizing and make sure to mix your techniques up. Once you get an LD from a specific method, try it again maybe for the next few days but don't always try that method. Try something different then maybe go back to it... |
