Possibly A new way to get a vivid dreams

I think I may have found a way to have vivid dreams
It started like this:
I was in my bed remembering all of the stuff when I was a little boy I was amazed by how much I remembered from when I was 5 years old then I went to sleep
I had the longest most vividess dreams that had clearly had some of the parts that I remembered when I was little like in one of the dreams I was riding a tri-cycle that I had when I was 4 years old
& I didnt wake up till 1PM which has never happend before

So I tried it again that night I tried to remember more of when I was a little kid then slowly drifted asleep again I had another vivid long dream this dream tho was soo beautiful in the dream I had a flash back where me & my brother was walking home we walked threw this forest that looked abit like avatar without the bright flowers & stuff
Didnt wake up till 11am
Then I said Hmm could this actually be working or is it a quicedence
So I tried it last night
& had a dream where I was in a hospital walking around then going outside to look around
Again I woke up at 11pm
Then I was like nah this is got to be a new way it has to be cant be a quicedence so I will try it for a week & if works I know I've gotten on to something

So please try this I want to hear your feedback For me so far its working
All you have to do is when you goto bed lay in your bed & try to remember things when you were five I know I did I remember when I was 5 & climbed out the window & scraped my stomach on the thorns -_- Little kids geez XD

Last night I did Had a dream that was at my high school extremely vivid & in one part I was controlling the ocean but the physics wasn't really good as you no it would take too long to process realistic water for the brainz & there was lots of parts in the dream where I was doing school stuff like purposely being late for the next class stuff like that going to the canteen
