Use to be a natural at sp/day residue

Five years ago i use to be a natural at getting into sp, almost as soon as i would lay down, about 5 minutes later, i would feel heavy, like something heavy was on me. At that time i never heard of sp, but i don't ever remember closing my eyes when this would happen, and i never entered into a dream during these intense sp episodes.

Now, i rarely have sp, it was months ago the last time i experience it. So, what's the quickest any one has ever gotten into sp?

By the way the tutorals here are great! I read the tutoral about day residue, i think its within the wild tutoral, and it said something about your recent memories creating your dreams. I looked at something online that i wanted to dream about and it came in another form, but basically it was almost the same thing, that was amazing, i'm going to try that again tonight.

I'm going to create day residue and dream about what i want to dream about.

The fastest I've ever entered SP was through a WILD method called DEILD.

Essentially you don't move or open your eyes after exiting a dream. I think my shortest DEILD was 1-3 seconds.

Oh yeah i had one of those before, most of my lucids came from dilds, i haven't been much successful with deilds. Deilds seem so hard to do, was it easy for you?

Most of my dream content is from week residue. It seems to come from 5-7 days ago. I rarely dream about things that happened the same day. Strange.

Yeah DEILD is really easy. And if you can do it as a lucid dream is ending there is a huge chance of success.

Do you do anything to make yourself dream about what you want?
