So I was looking into what sort of supplementation there is available to facilitate/enrich lucid dreaming, and I got a whole bunch of info but my problem is access to some of these supplements because I live in Canada and some of them like Galantamine cannot be easily purchased over the counter 
So I was hoping to get the most effective results with what I have:
250mg Choline Bitartrate (with 250mg inositol) pills
250mg Niacine (with 75mg inositol) pills
50mg Zinc
1000mg Lecithin (which has choline but I don't know in what amounts)
So I am not sure of which to use and in what amounts and when exactly. For example, I know I can take Niacine and Zinc but I don't know when because niacine makes serotonin which makes melatonin which changes your sleep into more of a deep sleep then longer REM periods later in the night but there is lots of conflicting information out there, like pure melatonin should be taken a few hours before bed but niacine should be taken right before, which doesnt make sense. And other stuff like how it isn't good to take Zinc with Choline, etc.
What do you guys think I should do?
