Hey dont be discouraged! Recall gets better with practice. Do you have a dream journal? if you don't, you should get one! Also what helped me with recall was this exercise: |

I've been thinking about lucid dreams, and I've realized that I have one major problem. All of my dreams are so blurry that I have no chance at making them lucid. It may not be blurry during the dream itself, but I don't know if a dream is accually happening when it's happening. When I wake up I have HORRIBLE dream recall. I can't remember any little details like where I was or what I was doing. I definitly can't remember if a person was speeking or any other sounds. |

My dreams used to very blurry too....but as you practice your dream recall, you'll get better. It also would help if you toned your imagination by imagining more specificly to a detail. Try out your room and imagine every detail, it will help you focus. It did with me. |
