      Blurry Dreams

I've been thinking about lucid dreams, and I've realized that I have one major problem. All of my dreams are so blurry that I have no chance at making them lucid. It may not be blurry during the dream itself, but I don't know if a dream is accually happening when it's happening. When I wake up I have HORRIBLE dream recall. I can't remember any little details like where I was or what I was doing. I definitly can't remember if a person was speeking or any other sounds.

So right now I'm just worried that I might be one of the few people on earth who can't attain the level of lucidness required in order to have a lucid dream.

Hey dont be discouraged! Recall gets better with practice. Do you have a dream journal? if you don't, you should get one! Also what helped me with recall was this exercise:

Every day, before you sleep, while you' re in bed, try to recall all your day backwords, starting from that momment and ending at the time you got up in the morning. This helped me a lot.

      See you

      I just had a thought.....
They say that discontinuities and confusion in dreams can result from uneasy sleep.
You might want to take a look around your room or at your bed. Are there thinkgs that might be interrupting your sleep?

My dreams used to very blurry too....but as you practice your dream recall, you'll get better. It also would help if you toned your imagination by imagining more specificly to a detail. Try out your room and imagine every detail, it will help you focus. It did with me.

I have a suggestion...im not the LD proffesional, but i'll try to make some sence here!

Alright, maybe you should chill out for a few weeks on trying to have a Lucid Dream, and focus on DREAM RECALL!
Set an alarm clock about 4 and half hours/5 and 1/2 hours into sleep, and wake up and try to record ANYTHING you remember, then set your alarm clock for 90 minute intervals after the first bit! FOCUS on dream recall, then try to recognize your dream signs, cause dream signs work for alot of people.

im sure you will get it!

Today, everything was fine. Until roundabout, quarter to nine, I suddenly found myself in a bind. Was it something I said? Something I read an manifested that’s getting you down.[/b]

You mean being a lucid god means nothing?

The only times I have trouble with dream recall is if I sleep too little or too much. I mean either say 7 hours or 12. Also occurs when I drink. There are also certain medications that can either block or enhance dreams.
