      WILD Issue

Okay so last night I decided to attempt to do a WBTBWILD, with a 5 hour sleep.
I got up, for about 3-4 minutes, maybe shorter, went to the toilet, and I felt like I was getting too awake, so I went back to bed.

10 minutes passed and I felt like nothing would happen.
Then this tingling sensation came over me, it was almost like a crackleling feeling.
My vision went Blue(back of the eyes) like someone had used a sponge and some paint.
      And then it happened.

The day before I had heard that someone had a hallucination, I could hear my heart beating, but it wasnt normal it was like a rythmic bu-bum, it was full on BUM BUM BUM BUM BUM BUM, really loud, and I could feel the vibrations, so this went on for about 1 minute and I couldnt stand it, I told myself I would post it on here tomorrow and see if I should battle through again. When I gave up I could still feel my heart do it for about 10 seconds then it calmed down. So im not even sure if it was a hallucination. Yes I did a reality check.

      :/

My heart beats so fast when I get into SP, it feels like I have adrenaline running through my veins. Although this is probably the chemical your body releases while in SP it does freak me out. I'm gunna try to get through it tonight if it puts extreme mental strain on you I would just try a different method. I was just reading KingYoshi's WILD tutorial and there are a lot of very helpful tips in there, read it from start to finish. It's short and to the best points. Also make sure the blue your seeing isn't lights that you left on in your room like a computer or a TV, that's happened to me once and I thought I was seeing HI, but it was just lights in real life.

No it wasnt any computer lights, and no it didn't put extreme mental strain on me, it was werid and scary though.
I just want to confirm that it was a HI and not me dying lol.

It's quite common to experience increased heart rate while entering SP, almost every has some sort of vibrations when it hits, and you will often hear very loud ringing or screeching noises along with hallucinations on occasions. The blue on the back of you eyelids is often reported as the start of a dream, or seeing through your eyelids often you are looking up at the sky when you start a WILD therefore you see blue : ()

      Does that help?

Just to add, I just remembered, the lights wernt like the ones where you close your eyes and you see a colour swirl, it was everywhere.

Yeah, I was just nervous as it was such a violent beating, honestly I think it was a HI, because it was a single beat, and thats impossible ( I would die ). I was trying to imaging it was someone playing the drums, but it wasnt working. Ill wait it out more tonight.

You guys are so close to completing the wild technique its not even funny. all you have to do is tell your self to remain calm when the vibrations hit for about 10 seconds. u will see some hallucinations, dont fall for it and think its the dream. stay patient and calm and the dream will start to form around you. usually when I WILD, ill start out in the dream in the same room im sleeping in so do a RC right away. And tell yourself the loud noises and vibrations are completely harmless (which they are). Good Luck!!
