This week ive tried to WILD each night ..and each night i cant manage to keep awake ..ill start counting 1. i am dreaming 2. i am dreaming, then before i know it ill be awake and its like the morning.

I know someone has mentioned drinking a caffiene beverage once you wake yourself up, but if i did that i will be up the rest of the night ..

I cant seem to get the right balance between falling to sleep and totaly waking myself, making it impossible to get back to sleep for a extended period of time .

Does anyone have any hints or ideas on something I could try?
