Okay, I've now been at lucid dreaming for almost 2 months. I have successfully Lucid dreamed 5 times. (2 randomly came, 1DILD, 2MILD) And am already begging to learn dream control. But now, It's been awhile since my last LD. Longer than it should be. Now I am completely aware that natural fluctuation are to occur, and it's probably only another day or two until my next lucid.

But there are really two problems I need help with:

First of all, I feel like I'm lagging in motivation. I'm not doing quite as many RCs during the day. I'm not paying attention as much when I do them. I've been trying hard to keep my mantra going towards sleep. I have tried to keep myself going by keeping very reachable goals:
-Have 3 lucid dreams by June (already done two)
-Learn how to fly
-Meet my DG

The second problem I am having is MILDing/CMILDing is causing me erratic sleep. I've gotten (back) onto this awful sleep cycle where I wake up during REM periods without remembering much of my dreams. I feel worse when I wake up then when I go to sleep. I have already asked my mentor (LucidAvenger) for help. Unfortunately, he couldn't really help me. Now what really bugs me Is I have MILDed before without waking up.
