My dream recall is VERY inconsistent. HELP!!

i used to remember my dreams fairly well. now, i can't even remember a single one. Maybe just on the weekends, but that isn't good enough. Can someone tell me how to get back on track with my dream recall again? HELP WOULD BE NEEDED PLEASE!

Try keeping a dream journal .

Dream journals help your recall lots. So does using the MILD technique as you go to sleep saying 'i will remember my dreams. i will remember my dreams. i will remember my dreams. i will remember my dreams. '

these are some ways to increase your dream recall

Yup, dream journal is a must if you plan on doing anything related to this site. Be it MILD, WILD, DEILD, VILD, OBE, you will need a dream journal.

Try closing your eyes and laying still. like you are going back to sleep. Your brain will go back into sleeping mode, which will turn on the dreaming centre, including your dream memory. Your last dream should still be in that memory.

^this, but dream journal is a more consistent and simple way of doing it. Instead of having to do this (very helpful method, I use it), just keep a dream journal, and you won't have to 99% of the time.
