      Contains pretty much everything that can be found on here, and some of the things I read didn't make sense. Punishment Induced LD? So you fail to have an LD, so you take a cold shower? I don't see how that will make you LD.

      A good link to show all the information in one place, but it lacks detail, and the personal touch that you find on here.

      I heard of this technique from someone else, and I've been trying it with a friend for 2 days now. It seems a bit extreme, but it really makes me want to have a lucid dream, and it keeps me from losing motivation.

      I suppose, but wouldn't it just create a negative association with LDs for you? Like me. I have been trying for 6 weeks now. If I had a cold shower/ battery+tongue each morning, I would have given up on that method, or the whole thing altogether.
      Even if I stuck with it, everytime I thought lucid dream I would think cold shower.
      Basically, this technique is to train your will to do something. Like willing yourself to run those extra yards when you are tired out. But it's not the same for LDs, is it? You can't make yourself LD, you have to build up to it so you dream and realize naturally.

      Other than that method, whats in the link is basically what you can find here- but in a nice single page I guess.
