I won't say anymore of the difficulty of LD'ing!

It's a strain to try and clear my mind so I don't drift off thinking about other stuff, like what I need to do next or what I just did or what I am doing. When I am aware, I notice gravity on my body, my clothes on me, if I'm sitting I notice the chair, if not, my feet on the ground. I hear everything, and look at everything. I don't just see my dog, I see the colours, it's shadow, where it is, what it's doing..

But then I lose it, after about 30 seconds to a minute. As in I drift off thinking about homework or what was said to me a while ago or whatever.

I guess I should say how long should I be able to hold it for? Or how long each day is long enough to be practice? 10 collective minutes? An hour? Don't just say as long as you can, because if you said that I would just think 5 minutes would do me for the day, but it might not.

Ah, brother, so I was right, you are a busy body, you worry too much about things. Look man, once you can free yourself of 'worries' and 'stresses' then you will be able to be aware for the whoooooole day, eeeeeevery day. There's no other way to stop your mind from wandering.

Right now though, do it in 10 minute bursts, say... dunno, 5 times a day. You are very aware from what you said and what I feel, you need to stop doubting yourself. You can increase the time if you want or the frequency, but that's a nice lil chunk to do it in. The truth is, you're supposed to be aware, you're supposed to notice all these details in life and to be in tune with all this, but, things get in the way. Brush off your worries and you're gold.

      Oh and,

It's not difficult, only difficult in your mind. It's TRUE dude.
