Also, do you have any little things that you do before bed, that you think may be connected to lucid dreaming? Like for me, I go on the computer or on my ps3, maybe have a glass of juice, then wash up and bed. Should I be doing something else? I heard that looking at bright screens and that right before bed is kinda bad for lucid dreaming.
That's great that the quality of your dreams are improving, keep at it, you have that self belief now .
There's little tips and stuff around of things to do before you go to bed, these work but aren't a huge factor. I use my iPod every night before going to sleep and I have lucids even if I do this, had several a couple nights before and yesterday had one. Don't get me wrong though, this isn't good, lol not by a long shot, for my overall health, it's not good at all and I'm going to stop this. Just, do whatever you do normally, I guess work yourself into a small routine, not a lengthy hour long bath then watch tv for 10 mintues then play ps3 or whatever, just like, 10 minute routine and that should be chilled, to turn yaself loose for your nights sleep. Definitely DON'T, use electronics say an hour before you go to sleep, don't get into a bad habit >.<.
Origami sir, I believe you mentioned changing your diet to help with lucid dreaming in that other thread ages ago, if this was you, then sir you were spot on, your intuition is correct. Diet plays a big part in being aware, in any reality... I'm doing a lil experiment to do with this and it seems like it has worked.
