      Help with WILD!!!!!

      Ive been trying to WILD for a couple of days and have been having some problems. What keeps hapening is that When Im trying to WILD Im to awake to actually have one and then as soon as I quit trying I get to tierd to start trying agian AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH.

      Lol...that's ironic. I was trying for months to have a WILD.Of course I gave up

      Anyway, from my experience i suggest you combinating with WBTB... I dodnt want to dissuade you but that's it's WILD is too difficult. You may try the HILD (hargart's). You can find it here. It's much easier

      I've been trying to use the WILD method for a few weeks. I usually just fall asleep, but once I got it to work. I was floating around a warped version of my local market. The only problem was that I was disembodied, which is pretty crap when I want to interact with people.

      yeah know how you feel that happened to me today.

      wake up earlier when you are more tired or less excited about it. If ya calm down and stay focused and lesson your brain activity it could help you relax and fall asleep

      how do u stop yourself falling asleep? and can relax and do the suggestions but once i start saying "i will have a lucid dream... blah blah" i just fall asleep!

      Counting, saying I'll have a lucid dream, etc. That just keeps me awake...especially counting. I find it much more effective and satisfying to use imagery instead of words. Saying words to yourself keeps the brain too active often I believe.
