I must say, ADA didn't gave me only vivid dreams. I can't really explain, but I extended the concept as far as I could, like gathering the most amount of details/sensations/emotions as possible during the day. The very first dream with ADA, I went to details like seeing the numbers in the coins, the smell in the room I was, and even the colour of people's eyes. Must say, I considered it as valuable as a LD.
Also, I think this depends from people to people, but I find myself in such peace when I concentrate my view in a distant spot while I walk to work, and take the time to walk like a zombie gathering everything around me. It justs looks a movie lol because some details (like sun-set clouds) are so, beautiful you if you really notice them. I remember coming home today and feel like I was going over a painting. Some people actually get tired of doing this, but for me it's like watching virtual reality. Just the detail of looking down and see my legs and feet moving, like I'm controlling some robot, priceless!
Thing that worries me is the possibility of not attaining lucidity because I'm not asking myself what's odd in the dream scenario, but just looking like I was watching an amazing painting :D
