This ADA stuff has really helped me
It's weird because back when I first started getting into LDs and this forum I kinda turned RCing into just practicing awareness. I slacked off lucid dreaming for a while but always kept it in my mind, and lately, since getting out of a long depression I've turned around from my "never thinking" attitude (which I used purely as a defense mechanism for harmful thoughts) and around that time this "ADA" topic starts popping up on dreamviews!
idk how long the talk has been going on but since I found the idea here again I've been doing it and it's been alarmingly effective. I feel my dreams slowly becoming more vivid and longer, I also read today that meditation can replace some non REM sleep cycles to increase dreamtime in the night, so I've started that again too.
eh this is kinda like a journal entry but, I'll post it here, just for ADA reassurances.
