oh im in the same boat as you! well, it helps to write down your dreams as soon as you wake up, so you become familiar with your dreams, thats basically the main techinique ive read about. ive came close to lucid dreaming, but not quiet. |

New To Lucid Dream....Can anyone Help?
Im new to lucid dreaming and the ability to know and possibly control your dreams while you sleep ive been reading on it for the past couple of weeks and would like to hear some stories and discuss strategy on inducing lucid dreams
