      Well, first read the tutorials.

Once you read them... post your questions...

However...so to answer you, firstly you should remember at least 1 dream when you awake. Secondly, start with reality checks and THEN move on other techniques (like WILD) . That means that every now and then (i suggest every 30 mins) ask yourself if you are dreaming, watch some letters or the numbers of your clock...look away and then look back at them. If the have changed ...then you know. 8) This should become a routine in your everyday life...so to become a routine in your dreams. also bear in mind that you may have your first Lucid Dream after a month or even more...so dont give up if it doesnt happen in few days.

To have more stable lucid dreams you need experience and no panic. I guarante your first LD will last few seconds.

Dont bear on what I wrote you, read the tutorials and if you need anything else, ask.

Also, Welcome to the world of Lucid Dreaming
