      Having a few problems

      Lately I have been having a little trouble getting into SP when trying to WILD anyone have any tips?

      If you have trouble reaching SP then don't WILD, DEILD instead. It's much, much easier to (re)enter SP like that.
      (Setup a custom mp3 timer to play a few beeps at random intervals during the end of the night, learn to stay perfectly still when that happens)

      Ignore the SP and visualize while remaining grounded in consciousness. I rarely attempt to control SP.
