Deild has been most effective for me when i wake up from a lucid dream, open my eyes, reflect on the experience for a few momments then zonk out. with in seconds im back in the same dream lucid. The idea isn't to walk back into the dream, it is to fall back to sleep as quickly as u can with the last lucid dream experience on your mind. namaste. |

"when you fall unconscious, what your mind expresses is a dream.
When you are aware, what your mind expresses is creativity. It creates your life.
When you are in a higher state of consciousness, it not only creates the life of whatever you want, but also on whom ever you want". -LifeBlissFoundation
thanks for the reply |

Your welcome, and your Deild (dream exit induced lucid dream) technique is done immediately after you exit a lucid dream its a technique for lucid dream chaining. If you try to do it after a non lucid dream its outside of what the deild technique is meant for. I would look into the fild technique it may fit your style better then deild. namaste. |

are you sure ? because every DEILD tutorial i have read states that you simply must not move after awaking from a dream, no tutorial has ever said that it must be after a lucid dream. |

Yeah deild is usually a technique to continue or "chain" the lucid dream. |
