hey, i tried your method last night and it worked great. i was able to get into a lucid dream really quickly. it might not have been the most vivid of dreams, but it was undoubtedly a lucid dream. one of the problems i found, and this may not be because of the method, was that since the alarm woke me up so soon it was hard to tell if i had ever even fallen asleep. remembering to do reality checks helped out a lot here. great method, i'm going to work with it again tonight. thanks. |

jackonaut: I think thats because when you go to sleep your first REM period starts after about 90 minutes, so when you wake up after 30mins of sleep you have been in n-REM sleep. And during n-REM sleep you dont see any dreams so it can feel like you havent slept at all. |
