      Lucid Method - 3

This method is for those who try methods in tutorial and always fail, this method has always worked for me and i know it will work for you.

Step 1 - Get an alarm clock set it to go off 30 minutes from your current time.

Step 2 - Get comfortable until you fall asleep.

Step 3 - You should be awakened by the alarm clock and will be half asleep, Turn the alarm clock off and lay down and repeat "I am dreaming". You will doze off to sleep unknowingly and when you are asleep you will be aware you are dreaming 100%.

This method is also good to have long or alot of lucid dreams in one night, and can help you form a habit of always entering a lucid dream as you fall asleep.

How it works?: Everytime you fall asleep you will will be tired until you are awaken naturally without distraction. Getting only 30 minutes of sleep can allow you to program your mind for lucid dreaming.

Do you mean 30 minutes from now (if I were going to sleep)?

      it works

hey, i tried your method last night and it worked great. i was able to get into a lucid dream really quickly. it might not have been the most vivid of dreams, but it was undoubtedly a lucid dream. one of the problems i found, and this may not be because of the method, was that since the alarm woke me up so soon it was hard to tell if i had ever even fallen asleep. remembering to do reality checks helped out a lot here. great method, i'm going to work with it again tonight. thanks.

jackonaut: I think thats because when you go to sleep your first REM period starts after about 90 minutes, so when you wake up after 30mins of sleep you have been in n-REM sleep. And during n-REM sleep you dont see any dreams so it can feel like you havent slept at all.
