      Trance/Hypnotic/Wake Induction

Is it possible to have enough control over your mind to induce a lucid dream on command... not necessarily 100% accuracy but I mean at odd times generally. You feel that you would like to LD and do not have any prerequisites for induction; for example, sleeping for 4-6 hours beforehand, having a regular sleep schedule, or being specifically really tired before attempting.

Can anyone do this? What is your process for resting your mind and body? How long did it take to achieve this control?

I can have an LD on command, so long as I have the time.

Each weekend morning I wake up and then WILD several times. It has absolute 100% reliability for me. It has never failed even after months of doing it.

So long as you have just woken up it is dead easy to get back dreaming.

Sorry about replying to the old thread, but I can do this. Just not to myself, but I can hypnotise people into a dream-state using simple hypnosis, you'll be surprised how easy their minds accept it.
