      I'm scared...

      Ok... im 14 and have been getting into lucid dreaming on and off for the past 2 years...

      When i was 8 yrs old I saw the Exorsist and I think about that face every day of my life... I love lucid dreaming... but I am so scared to get a false awakening and see her around the corner...

      What can I do to like make this go away if it happens?

      First...welcome!

      second, work on dream control, there is several ways to wake yourself up, for example: snap your fingers 3 times and on the 3rd one you should be awake, close your eyes and tell yourself to wake up.

      but the best way is to realize that its just a dream, and change the setting or the outcome.
