      Help?

      Now yesterday I brought this new brainwave app from the android market store called Lucid Dreams.. Its this app that is suppose to make you realize your dreaming while you dreaming. Like it mentioned something about alpha theta delta brainwaves.. Im just saying I haven't tried this app out yet but can someone with experience explain how this works.. Do I just let it play and go to sleep with my headphones on and it helps me realize im dreaming? Please help ??

      Play it in your headphones an just sleep with them in, yes.
      It's binaural, so it helps affect your brain wave state (alpha, delta, theta, etc), they might work, might not.

      Yes, some people have actually had some success with them. Like Erii said just plug them in while sleeping or listen before going to bed.
