      Remembering 6 is great!

I can not stress enough, WRITE DOWN ALL YOUR DREAMS IN A DREAM JOURNAL!!!

If I stop writing my dreams in my dream journal, I'll get to the point where I'm remembering between 0-2 dreams a night.

When I'm making an effort to write in my dream journal, I usually remember on average about 6 dreams. Often times, I'll have upwards of 10! And that's not uncommon.

Waking up between cycles is important. I think I started it by drinking a small glass of water right before bed. It made me get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. Now it just happens, and I don't have to think about it. Anyways, try waking up between every sleep cycle, and get out of bed, and write down everything you can remember...and if you can't remember anything, WRITE IT DOWN! I've had many times that just writing down that I can't remember anything will spawn a seed to the dream, and from that, I can sometimes fill a page.

It does sound like you are close. When I first started a few years ago, I think I had around 10 lucid dreams over about a year or so of trying. I then had 2 kids, and no sleep for about 3 years. I started this all up again about 3 weeks ago, and have had 5 lucid dreams, and went from maybe remembering 1 dream a night, to remembering an average of 6 again, like I used to!

Most important thing is to do your dream journal. If you don't remember your dreams, you are likely not going to remember your lucid dreams. After that, you need to increase your daily awareness, and keep lucid dreaming on the mind. You're close, just stick with it!
