i can only have Semi-Lucid dreams!

Whenever I sleep at night I have semi lucid dreams and i cant have full lucid dreams.
I know i am dreaming but i cant do anything and things happen like in a normal dream.
They arent very vivid either and i cant remember peoples voices.

      Someone please help

      Thanks in advance

I would suggest that you try not to force anything to happen if you can't. You can just be a conscious participant in the dream and watch what goes on. If you're having trouble with its clarity, try spinning, rubbing your hands or yelling out for clarity and expect it to happen.

t way to have high level lucid dreams in my opinion is to have one that happens spontaniously in the middle of a dream or have a WILD. A WILD is better because it will sink into your mind more you will be suprised and if the procedure of becoming lucid feels strange you or your dream self will question what is really going on.

try doing subtle things at first like think about something and then opening a door or turn on a tv i have the same issue where it is hard to just change everything around you, but from what ive read it will improve with practice
