      Always waking up during Sp.

Hey guys, well this has been happening to me a lot when i usually go to sleep early, around 8. Probably because I have more sleep cycles than when I go to sleep later. Alright so basically I wake up, (Idk if i'm dreaming or actually awake). So I feel the vibrations in body, what i feel and hear can be described as probably a lightsaber , that energy wave that you hear. But what always happens is that I'm conscious while feeling all of this, and I try to remain calm to see if I enter the dream but nothing, I just end up waking up into reality, I immediately do an RC to confirm. What happend to me last night is that I woke up in the middle of SP, I felt someone grab my leg and as if i was getting dragged out of my bed (nothing of this scares me because I know it's SP). So then I began to imagine a scenary in order to hopefully open my eyes into that scenary. So then I wake up into reality I perform an RC and I fell bummed out lol. This always happens to me.

I see, why not try waiting for the SP to end/fade off? When I usually experience SP, I wait for it to fade off, then I get off my bed, do an RC, If the RC is successful, I'm off to find some hot brazilian chicks. If you do still have some questions/clarifications, feel free to ask

Yeah wat he said. Try just waiting it out for like 5 minutes, I'm sure you'll complete the transition by then, don't be so eager to RC .

Yeah the thing is that when the RC ''fades'' off I'm pretty sure that its reality because I can hear the noise from the streets, so then I do an RC and it confirms that I'm awake. So you are saying next time this happens, stay laying down (even though I know i'm awake) and wait it out to try to enter sp again and finally enter a dream?

Yeah, that's kinda it, if you know that your not in a dream, try to stay down and don't make any movements until you enter sp again.

If you are getting SP after waking from a dream, you are out of luck. This is the most common time to experience it spontaneously. You are waking prematurely from REM. If you can't re-enter immediately to catch the last few seconds or minutes of the dream, you will have to wait for your next dream cycle.
