I've been trying to WILD for the last few days, but I haven't had any success at all. I just end up lying there for a long time and then giving up and going to sleep. What should I be thinking about while trying to WILD? Also, how do I know when it starts to work? By "vibrations" do you mean that you're body actually shakes, or is it like a tingly feeling? And what the heck is hypnotic imagery like? Anyway, thanks for listening. |
