      tips anyone?

      ive been trying RT's for a while with no success. my problem ( probably most of you have) is that when i dream i dont know im dreaming i do have a dream sign my dreams are always outdoors too general though also i have amazing dream recall i can remeber my dreams like they actually happend (i forget after a couple of weeks). does anyone actually have tips to indice LD's that actually work?

      Maybe your trying to hard, being too obsessive, or over-achieving.

      Just let it go for a couple days, and don't worry about it too much, and it might come, this has worked for several people, seriously.

      Just relax, and take it easy, and take a couple nights break.
      They will come!

      Yeah, the whole not trying things works. At least I never try to have them, but in the past month I have them almost every day and sometimes more than once. It does not take long to develop skill in lucid dreaming if you try hard... but not too hard.

      Yea, at first I couldnt get a LD. I then took a break(like a week) and then I had my LD. It was incredible.

      Curiosity killed the cat but at least it didnt die an ignorant bastard

      im gonna have to agree with everybody. taking a break, or just not working too hard helps
