You'd have to put it on a timer or something to come on after falling asleep.
The questions I have are:
How loud should I make it?
How often should it repeat?
Hehe it's not me suggesting a technique, it's me requesting the sentence I will hopefully hear But I think I am going to play it after 6 hours when I usually WBTB and then have it on 2 minutes repeating, and obviously it's is loud enough to me to hear it.
I use my pillow speaker with my Iphone Alarm app (12, 24 Alarm Clock)

Ok, but people who have tried it have said that they did hear the sound in their dreams, but the problem wasn't that they woke up or something like that, the problem was that the dream made them believe that it was something else, like you said they think it's a concert or something like that. At that is why I am requesting a CLEAR message so I can try this out, but I guess I will just have to experiment with this and if I succesfully hear the message, then I am at least on the right way.
