      Almost there!

I've noticed in the past couple of weeks that the realism in my dreams have increased dramatically. I've come to the point now where I can fluently recall 6 dreams that lead into one another but also feel extremely life like. I find myself awakening and realizing "Oh snap, that was a dream."

However I am still missing the collective conscious to check whether or not I am dreaming, so I have one simple question just to keep me on track here: Should I continue with the ADA while doing the reality checks and assume that in due time I will become fully conscious? Or is there another technique I may be missing?

All in all, I'm not to bummed out when I miss the chance to lucid dream, the fact they are starting to feel quite as real as they are now is an exciting adventure in itself.

Congratulations Firebat! It seems that you are actually doing all the right things so I wouldn't worry about anything else. Infact you're actually ahead of me!

I would add MILD to that. It doesn't break your routine, you can use those ADA moments to repeat your mantra (when you perform reality checks for example). In the end of the day, you can use those "Am I dreaming?" moments as scenario to your visualization. ADA + MILD work very nicely together ^^

Trying out MILD? This is how you become skilled at it.

Yeah zoth made a good point. Adding the MILD technique wont hurt and will give you higher chances of becoming lucid. It's a fairly simple technique and can help you with focusing your intent.

You technique right now seems pretty good as well, you are on the right track! Keep at it and you will get there! ADA is a very good technique and is used by a lot of people here. It definitely is a great one to practice.

Make sure you are keeping a good dream journal. Remember, write down everything! Even the smallest fragment can lead to remembering a bigger one and even a full dream.

      Hope this helps!
