Got Natural Awareness, need the "switch"

Everyone on this forum try to get aware, that's the first thing you learn when you start pracctising lucid dreaming. My first goal when I started lucid dreaming was that I could just go to sleep and realise in the dream that I was dreaming.
With time I realised that it wasn't as easy as I thought, and it take hard work to get there.

I started using WILD techniques to control the transition instead, but that also took me some years to "learn". Now I can get at least one lucid moment each week.
But if you read my dream journal you see that it's not just to stabilise it and everything is fine and stable.

In inception they take aids to make the dreams stable. And some actually do it here on the forum like Vitamin B12 and so on.
But I want to learn it naturally, so I allways can do it.

Sure WBTBs and DEILD and WILDs are great, but they disturb the natural sleep, and if you want to experience a lucid dream suer it's a the best and easiest way to do so, but I want to have solid long lucid dream experiences and that has been my goal since I started.

And the natural way is best, because well it's natural! And sleep is better.
So now I tried Ev's Bio2 Real Time app that sychronize the biological clock with the sun, by going to bed and out of bed at special times. And the theory is that this will make you remember more dreams, make the dreams more vivid and because of that it's the best lucid aid. Read more here: http://www.dreamviews.com/f44/bio2re...g-soon-123220/

the first night I used this I got soooooooo vivid dreams, I wouldn't even call them dreams, because it felt like a real experience, it felt REAL! And I remembered 10 dream scenarios! And something weird happend in one of them so I even got lucid!
I thought this was a coincidence or just a placebo effect, but the next night I used it again I got vivid dreams again! The third night same result!

So I tell you USE THIS! It's free as well.
But the real reason to why I started this thread was this:

I know that it's only a matter of time before I get lucid again.
But I need your help with what method do you think would be the best to make that happend on command? Maybe I should start using a basic technique like MILD and just see if that makes any difference. Or maybe I shouldn't do anything and make it COMPLETELEY natural.

All I know is that when I saw something weird in that dream I was aware enough to realise that I was dreaming and in the other dreams nothing special happend, just ordinary everyday stuff.

So please help me decide =) And try the app!
