keeping a dream journal is really helpful. after a while you can recognize stuff that you dream about a lot and use these things to help you trigger lucidity. |

I've never lucid dreamed before, and i really want to. I'm pretty good at dream recall, usually when I dream I remeber it, but if I don't write it down, I'll forget. I dream usually 3-4 times a week and after i write my dreams down, and I notice things that should have alerted me that i was dreaming. for ex. my sister was 9 mo. pregnate[in her normal,12 year old state], but she couldn't be because she had a flat belly and hasn't started her period yet. so I notice all this stuff AFTER i dream. i really wish to lucid dream and if anyone has any tips i'd love to hear them, and i'm gonna try the watch thing...as soon as i get one. |

you call this a free country, but why does it cost so much to live?
