      Exclamation Please help me!!!

I am getting very interested in lucid dreams, and I am at the part where I am able to remember most of my dreams. But there is a problem!!! I can't control it at ALL! When I am in a dream things just happen, I don't chose when I move, I don't chose what I say. I'm just stuck inside a body that is moving me around. Where should I go from here??? I am trying to use a reality tester but I can't even look at my body or take something out of my pocket. It just all.... Happens without control! If there is a way to move on with Lucid Dreaming or a way to get over this problem PLEASE help me! Thanks so much!

      Hi there my friend,

It's good to know that your dream recall's going on fine. Anyways, can you clear up the question? Where can you not-control a dream? In a Lucid Dream or in a non Lucid? I'll try to reply back once the question's cleared up my friend

Is this in a lucid dream or a non-lucid dream? If it is in a non-lucid dream then that is normal, but if it is in a lucid dream check out the tutorials on here for dream control. Remember, confidence is the key to controlling your dreams.
