The only problem I can think about with that, is that there's quite a lot to remember. Because there's 4 different situations in a day, and each day has different situations, it needs a lot of planning and suggestion that you will remember to do them. The benefit might be that you're doing RCs in different situations, but it might also be a flaw as you work with one situation quite little time. I don't really know though, just thinking.
Don't think about those damn kangaroos.

Yes, remembering it does pose a problem. However, that's just the point. In Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, Stephen LaBerge give us the explaination for these \"Daily Targets\". He says...
To successfully induce lucid dreams with MILD, you need to have certain capabilities. First of all, if you can't reliably remember to carry out future intentions while awake, there is little chance that you will remember to do anything while asleep. So before attempting MILD, you need to prove to yourself that you can indeed remember to do things while awake. If you are like most people, you are used to relying on external reminders and therefore need practice in remembering intentions using only your own mental power.[/b]
Then, he gives us the list of the targets (shown in the chart at the beginning of this topic). He recommends that when you wake up in the morning, the first thing you should do is look at and memorize the daily targets for that day of the week. Then, watch for the targets during the day and keep track of how many you hit (mentally) and then record them that night in your DJ.

It is said that in order to lucid dream you must practice recall. This is what the DJ is for. It is also said that you should do it for a week or two before you attempt inducing lucid dreaming. Stephen LaBerge also tells us to keep track of the daily targets for the same amount of time before attempting lucidity.
