Alrighty then, i would like to say that i am new to this forum and website, it has a lot of interesting ways of inducing and controlling lucid dreams, i have been lucid dreaming for quite some time about a year, and still i do have the occasional on or off lucid dreams, i still tend to lose my lucidity at times, i have been trying the WILD method and had no problem with that, i can do that easily.

Now you may be wondering why on earth i am saying this because i have realised the facts that people have invented ways of inducing dreams for their own purpose, such as the WILD, MILD, HILD, DILD etc, which is very systematic in process and thinking, knowing how to induce lucid dreams is not a very easy task indeed and requires some patience, knowledge and overall awareness of one's actions while doing reality checks and techniques.

This technique is which i have adapted to is called EILD (easy induction lucid dream) i am not inventing a new technique but giving you ideas in ways and trying to be creative with it, by taking some other techniques and analysing the process, so that you can be free and explore different means and trying not to be limited in some way,

Directness and simplicity has to emphasised, now you may choose to mix the WILD technique with MILD, by being aware of your self and affirmating to yourself that you will get a lucid dream, and so on.

Reality checks have to be fast and effective, such as holding your nose and trying to breath through, this is once again proven to be the most effective reality check i would say ever, or either putting your index finger through the palm of your hand may not be effective, because it has to implement your awareness, now you might be busy or in akward place while doing a reality check with people around you may cause embarrassment, if you know you are with someone you may do a reality check such as blowing through your nose with a tissue lol, i know this sounds silly and ridiculous lol, but i have tried that.

Ok enough with the talk, its time to put into action

First of all you need to be aware of your surroundings, for example your bedroom, naming the objects inside your bedroom is a good reality check and should performed every night before you go to sleep, its quite hard to name objects while you are in dream, it really is!!!! believe it or not,

This is better done with a WBTB method when you are in a tired state, after you have woken up , gone to the bathroom, sat on the computer, reading books etc, for about 30-45 mins at least for some people you may have to adjust your time. You have to wake up in a tired state, this is important because you won't go back to sleep again, but you have to name the objects inside the bedroom before you go to sleep in a tired state.

While you laying down on your bed, close your eyes and relax but be aware of where you are exactly right now, you will be in your bedroom of course!!! lol while you are aware that you are laying down with your eyes closed, you then need to think of where you are going to be the next moment you awaken.

Now say to yourself, "If i wake in a different place i will realise i am dreaming" over and over again, slowly, relaxed and being aware of where you might be the next moment you awaken. If you wake up somewhere in a totally different location and do an EFFECTIVE reality check then you are dreaming, but if you wake up in your bedroom, then this could either be a false awakening or you hadn't had a dream, simple as that.

The key here is to be effective and simple when doing reality checks and inducing lucid dreams, stabilising is one important thing you need to master by looking at your hands carefully and observing your surroundings.

I hope that has helped any lucid dream beginner, and i wish you the best of luck on find your lucidity.
