      Itching itching itching!!!

      No matter how hard i try to just shut my mind up or anything,i itch,bad..Ill be soooo close to full hypnosis(when im about to go into full hypnosis it feels like my bed swallows me) and i start to get pulled in and i always end up itching(im damn itching right now as i type this).Some people can move when they meditate but if i move at all to scratch an itch etc,i loose almost all focus ...any tips?

      Keep at it!
      I had a stage where I couldnt close my eyes or they would hurt a little then alot, then it would just continue growing till I fell asleep, it was all in my head and it was caused by me thinking about it, so maybe this is what your problem is
      ~I wake up a little more every time I dream.
