      LSDBase Video - REM in a Lucid Dream (now in US and HD)

      I wrote a "record to video" function for Lucid Scribe. This is the first entry in LSDBase and shows the vibrations, then normal rapid eye movement (REM) with around 3 heartbeats between each blink and a brief spurt of lucidity when the anthem is triggered.



      It is also available in High Definition - be sure to select 1080p.

      The lucidity is marked by a yellow graph, marked halographFRem. It starts at about 1:15.

      Does this scroll in real time? Is the fragment in the video 2 minutes long?

      Your body has responded to the stimuli, that's a good sign. Did you hear the music in your dream? How did you become lucid?
