Thread: I want to try doing the MILD...

Im pretty new to this and havent really had a LD yet but Ive gotten alot better at dream recall so I think I want to start trying MILD. What is the best way to achive a LD while MILDING?

Try doing it during a WBTB. Think of the last dream you were in, with you becoming lucid during it. Try to visualize it as well as you can and feel yourself becoming lucid. Use mantras such as "I am dreaming" or whatever works for you.

Try reading MILD Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views , all you need can be found there. It's all about a matter of practicing. Also, try making your own mantra like "I am inside a dream" and the like.
