I was too tired to try and MILD's. I cant remember any dreams from last night. Sometimes I feel like Im loosing progress.

I dont remember what happened in the dream since this was many many years ago but I remember knowing I was dreaming and trying to change things in my dream.

How amazing! Now why cant it be that simple now that I actually want to do it? Haha

Ive been remembering dreams alot more but I havent started writing any down. I want to start doing that and seeing if it helps.
