      WILD Attempt Problem

For the past two nights I've tried to WILD, but I can't seem to fall asleep. So I just try to MILD but get no dreams at all. Failed WILD's seem to effect my dream frequency, or my dream recall. Should I just keep laying there and wait, or am I doing something wrong during WILD'S?

      Just read BillyBob's WILD tutorial.

      ^ok apparently there's a link there. Don't use that tutorial, use BillyBob's.

Any WILD (or MILD) attempt can be enhanced with visualization. In particular you could visualize something you may have done that day or the last dream you can recall. Good luck to you!

      Hi there my friend,
During a WILD, it's important for you to be in the sleeping position that you are most comfortable with. Also, do you WBTB(wake back to bed) before attempting to WILD? It's something that shouldn't skip if you want to have a successful WILD. It's natural to have no results in the first few days, I had my first successful WILD after 2 weeks of attempting. All you need here is patience my friend

I always do my WILD's before I go to bed but I'm going to start WBTB. Thanks for the help, y'all!

Um yeah...that's a good idea considering it's not possible to WILD in the evening.

It's not impossible, it's just difficult. My first ever WILD attempt (My first ever LD attempt also) gave me my first LD. And to add to that, it was right before I wen't to bed.

If thats the case then you have a much greater chance with WBTB, timed right you'l drop straight into REM

I've started to WBTB the last couple of days. I wake up after 6 hours asleep, but I only stay awake for about 15 seconds. I'm so tired that I just drift off the sleep the second I close my eyes. I've got a few questions. How long should I stay up? And it takes me about 5 minutes to get SP, then a little bit after that I start to feel like I've been on the water all day. Is that dream forming, and if so what do I do at that point?
