      Ever heard of Neuro-sleep drinks?

      Has anyone heard of these drinks? And if so, can anyone say whether or not it does anything to affect dreams? I know there's things such as melatonin in it.

      I haven't but if it has supplements in it which are known to aid lucidity then yeah it may contribute slightly.

      I've been doing research into starting one of such drinks. They have 2 effective ingredients: melatonin and vitamin B6. Both of those supplements are effective when ingested in pill form. To appear more "scientific" these drinks have a lot of junk that is there just for show. (because you will not buy a 2$ bottle of sleep drink if it only has 2 ingredients).

      I've never heard of these before. Where would you buy them? It seems like it would be cheaper to get a vitamin B/melatonin supplement. :S
