      Great dreamsigns

I had two lucid dreams (out of 4) this past morning. They weren't very long/vivid, but I found a good way to predict dreamsigns (maybe a good heuristic for reality checking):

I find that every element that appears in a dream of mine, some way or the other, is something that I've seen recently. E.g. My gf works with rats in a lab, and she showed me the lab just yesterday... and one of my dreams this morning had those similar rats in it. So next time you see something that isn't 100% part of your routine, you can try telling yourself that you'll do a RC next time you see something like that... Worked twice in a row this morning .

      DS and RC

The problem with Dream Signs and Reality Checks is not how good they are, but when we will remember to perform them. Anything can be useful as a dream sign and any reality check is worth a try.

When we are dreaming, it is not difficult to check if we are in the dream world or in the real world. The difficult thing is to remember to perform a check, or in other words, start to get lucid.

What I'm saying is that if in a dream you stop to questioning if you are dreming or not... the rest is consequence, no matter what RC you use.

Being able to recognize you are dreaming is what we have to practice.

Perform lots of RC during the day is just a way to trigger lucidity during a dream, by the habbit of questioning the world all the time.

So the point is, no matter the DS or RC but your mind work to keep you questioning things all the time and eventually in a dream you will do the same.

So I recommend that we create the habbit of doing something so constantly that if we do not do it in a dream it by itself will be a dream sign.

But remember, I don't know how... your subconscious will try by any means to fool you that you are awake... Once you beat it, you are forever Lucid...
