I think you should start by trying out a few things consistently for, let's say, one month each. WBTB-DILD seems to work for you, so I would recommend you to start with that (don't forget the DJ, this increases the effect).As for which DILD technique to use, I recommend All Day Awareness (link here)
I also see you have DEILDed. I personally think DEILD is a very usefull technique, so it might be a good idea to do that after DILD.
Ofcourse, if one of them works good for you, there is no need to keep experimenting.
