There is a technique that I used to use, I'd write down "I will have a Lucid Dream tonight" or something, before I went to sleep, sometimes it worked, and sometimes it didn't.
Well I'v recently discovered a NEW technique, that uses the same method.
What you do with this one, is you say that write down, you will have a Lucid Dream, except, put it two days forward.
So if it was Monday, I'd write down "I will have a Lucid Dream this Wednesday"
And also, saying it out loud to yourself works too.
This is much more effective because it gives your brain more time to set itself to do it's task.
