well, i wont say i have a sleep disorder so to speak, but it takes me about an hour to two hours to fall asleep regardless of whether im energetic, muscularly and energetically depleated, whether its 9:30pm or 3am. this has been the case for about my whole life. anyway, does anyone else have an insanely hard time falling asleep, and if so, how do you work around it.
ive tried 61-dots, valerian root, breathing, EVERYTHING. anyone else have that problem?
its kinda hurtful when steve lebarge refers to falling asleep as if it isnt the most difficult task of my life :-(
